The maps below show the changes that have taken place at the waterfront area of a town called Darwin between 2009 and 2014. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The maps show how the town named Darwin was developed from 2009 to 2014. Overall, the landscape of the town was completely changed with the construction of the replacement of the industrial area with residential, recreational and academic amenities. In addition, the changes involve the improvement of transport infrastructure.
In 2009, the major part of the town was covered by the industrial area which was obliterated after 5 years to make room for a large green area with a lot of trees. In the centre of the town, three new residential buildings were erected, adjacent to three old ones and there was a new university building was built. In the north of the town, a part of the industrial zone was converted into a swimming pool while there was no change with the school, convention centre and two former swimming pools.
In terms of access, there was a newly-constructed harbour on the seashore and a footpath to connect the harbour with the main road in the west of the town. In contrast, the footpath which encircles the centre of the town was unchanged.

The given maps indicate the transformation of the waterfront area in the town of Darwin from 2009 to 2014.
It is clear that most of the industrial zone was converted into new planting and residential areas. In addition, the town was renovated with the introduction of more recreational and academic amenities.
In 2009, there was a footpath wrapped around a site consisting of a lake, some trees, and an industrial area. To the south of this area were three blocks of residential buildings and a large area for industry activities. In the northwest situated a school, and next to it was a convention center. Beside the footpath to the east located two swimming pools close to the fishing area.
Over the next 5 years, the industrial zone in the circle was turned into a swimming pool, while the school and convention center remained unchanged. Similarly, the two swimming pools in the vicinity of the area were in the same position. There were more residential buildings added, and the land south of the industry was replaced by a new university and forest taking its place. There was a footpath running from west to east to connect a newly built harbor.

The two maps illustrate the development of a waterfront town named Darwin between 1009 and 2014.
Overall, the town developed substantially with the obliteration of industrial building to make way for more trees and residential areas, along with the construction of academic amenity and transport infrastructure.
In 2009, most of the town was covered by the industrial area. There were a school and a convention centre located in the North West corner of the town. To the East of the town, there were two swimming pools with a fishing area near the sea. The town also had three residential buildings near the industrial area and there was a circular footpath encircling a lake, some trees and another industrial area.
In 2014, the industrial area is demolished and replaced with the erection of more trees, along with the construction of a new footpath in order to go through the newly-built harbour near the sea. Three more residential buildings and a university building were also added in the town. In the encircled footpath, the industrial area were removed and substituted by a small swimming pool while there was no change to the school, convention centre and two pools.

The picture describes the development of a town named Darwin over a period of 5 years starting in 2009.
From the initial impression, the village completely changed with the appearance of new infrastructure, residential buildings and educational amenities which replaced almost the industrial area. Furthermore, it was also witnessed a remarkable change in the transport system with a new harbour and footpath.
In 2009, the industrial area had covered almost the town before being replaced because of environmental and educational reasons. After 5 years, a large area with a lot of trees and a new university building appeared and supplanted almost this area. Regarding accommodation, a small part of the industrial area was also used to construct 3 additional residential buildings which were accurately under the old ones. To the north of the town, the industrial area next to the lake was replaced by a new swimming pool which together existed with the 2 old ones in Eastward.
During a period of 5 years, convention center, school and fishing area still remained in the North while there were some remarkable developments in transport infrastructure. Along the seashore in Eastward, there was a new-constructed harbour which was accompanied by the introduction of a new footpath used to connect the harbour to the main road in the Western area. Additionally, there was no change with the footpath system around the center area to the North.
The maps depict changes in layouts of a town named Darwin from 2009 to 2014.
Overall, the industrial zones of the town was refurbished and transformed into recreational facilities, residential buildings and educational amenities. In addition, new transport infrastructure was also built in 2014.
All of the industrial sectors in the town was converted into places for green trees south of the town, and a new swimming pool in the central area. Three extra residential facilities was built adjacent to the previous ones. A newly-built university was also laid west of the town. Meanwhile, the school, lake in the center, 2 swimming pools and the fishing area to the south of Darwin remained unchanged.
To the north of the town, a harbour was freshly built by the sea, with a new footpath connecting this section with the west side of the town.
The 2 maps illustrate the development of the waterfront of Darwin town in the years 2009 and 2014.
It is evident that the 2014 design was more eco-friendly than the 2009 one. Besides that, people can access this area through a habour in 2014.
As we can see from the maps, from 2009 to 2014, people could witness the major transformations in the village. The South industrial area was demolished to make a way for growing trees that was far more popular than those in the past. In addition to this, local residents could study at the university building which was constructed in the West of the site. As well as this, a habour was built in the Southeast site to connect the local community with others through the seashore. Lastly, a new swimming pool was added at the place where the another industrial area used to be.
Having said that, the rest of facilities such as the fishing area, the lake, the convention centre, 2 old swimming pool and school was still kept in the new design.

connect the local community with others – sao bạn biết trước đó họ không được connect? Chỉ đơn giản là người ta xây a harbour thôi mà. Thông tin không liên quan, bạn nên tập trung vào mô tả nó được xây ở đâu, có footpath không ….
Về idea: Bạn đưa ra khá nhiều idea không liên quan. Bạn có thể đọc lại bài sample để thấy tôi không hề đưa ra bất cứ suy luận thêm ở ngoài nào ví dụ: connect the local community with others hay local residents could study at the university building
Một vấn đề khác đó là bạn không sắp xếp idea thật sự hợp lý, các idea của bạn giống như mạng nhện, không rõ ràng. Bạn có thể đọc lại sample answer để thấy cách tôi sắp xếp thông tin.
